Exhibitors
The North West Department of Tourism (“NWDT”) invites tourism and hospitality businesses to exhibit at the National Tourism Careers Expo that takes place from the 19th to the 21st September 2019 at Royal Marang Hotel in the North West Province (“NTCE 2019”). There are complimentary standard stands on offer to companies/organisations in the tourism industry who satisfy the requisite criteria and only on a first come first serve basis. Kindly note that any additional requirements/installations for the stand will be at the cost of the company/organisation requesting same.
Companies/Organisations wishing to bring their own custom stand/s should attach their stand design, layout and measurements for consideration and/or approval by NWDT. Any approved stand that is 5m or higher requires a structural engineers’ certificate after set-up to confirm that it complies with the safety standards/requirements.
Due to the limited number of spaces available, all interested companies/organisations interested are urged to download and complete the exhibitor form and return/submit it via email to keighlyn@megaworx.co.za by no later than Friday the 7th September 2019.
